About us

⠀⠀⠀⠀We are engaged in the development and production of test systems based on high-throughput next-generation sequencing technology (NGS). Founded in 2014, the company has brought together molecular biologists, clinical geneticists, engineers, bioinformatics specialists and programmers to create complete, integrated solutions.
Parseq Lab develops, manufactures, supplies and implements:
Diagnostic and scientific next-generation test systems (NGS)
Reagents for preparing NGS libraries
Infrastructure for storing and analysing genomic data
⠀⠀⠀⠀As well as supplying OEM components and products, we also provide services supporting the development of complex test systems with data analysis software.
Who are we?
⠀⠀⠀⠀We are a close-knit team whose passion consists in the creation of cutting-edge genetic research solutions for science and diagnostics. Our goal is to make high-throughput NGS sequencing technology available for the daily practice of laboratory geneticists, scientists and clinical geneticists. The concept behind our products is aimed at solving specific applied problems.

Production
Escor
⠀⠀⠀⠀Our group of molecular biologists is engaged in a full development cycle from initial idea to finished product, consisting in a reagent or a set of reagents along with the relevant user and production documentation. The work carried out in the laboratory also supports the methodological part of already manufactured products, as well as providing consultation and training of users.

Laboratory
⠀⠀⠀⠀This group works at the intersection of molecular biology and IT.
Their tasks include:
Biomedical mutation analysis (BMA)
development of algorithms and tools for data analysis;
assembly and scaling of data pipelines;
development of methods for assessing the quality of data to reflect the characteristics of laboratory stages;
analytical and clinical validation of laboratory protocols and associated data analysis methods;
development of technical and user documentation.
⠀⠀⠀⠀The multidisciplinary BMA team includes molecular biologists, geneticists, mathematicians and programmers. This work is aimed at providing a deep understanding of clinical tasks to determine the optimal way to process the data in each specific case.
Programmers develop software for data analysis of new panels, with an emphasis on presenting a user-friendly interface and expanding the feature list of already released software products. In order to save users' computing power and keep their information secure, we use cloud services with secure data transfer protocols.
Software development
Our in-house computing infrastructure is continually maintained and improved by our specialists. On the basis of accumulated knowledge, we are able create a bespoke Genome Server product based on the tasks of each individual customer.

Creation of a computing infrastructure
⠀⠀⠀⠀The production process for a new product is launched following the preparation of technical specifications (TS) by engineers on the basis of the documents received from the R&D laboratory. The group carries out a three-stage quality control: raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products. After passing the certification process, a quality certificate is issued.
⠀⠀⠀⠀State-of-the-art laboratory robots from Beckman Coulter are used to provide significant production capacity with high dosing accuracy.
